Tucked along the tranquil shores of Kokrobite, Afro Afreecanna is more than a destination it’s a soulful ecosystem where Afro-diasporic energy meets local empowerment. Our beachside sanctuary brings together creators, cultural workers, and changemakers seeking both renewal and rootedness.

While we welcome global guests to stay & lodge in our ocean-view rooms and enjoy serene moments by the pool, our deeper purpose lies in what we build together, a future anchored in collective upliftment. From day one, we’ve championed local talent, offering platforms for Ghanaian creatives to shine. But Anna The founder has always done this in other fields of her work as a songwriter and A & R over the years  growing up in Holland to now living in Germany mainly wen she is not traveling or in Ghana supporting her guests & ppl. One such expression in real time is Starsinctribe & the operate members as solo  projects including herself find more about that in portfolio. Our performance collective that showcases emerging voices in music, dance, and storytelling. Through this tribe and beyond, Afro Afreecanna is a living archive of contemporary African brilliance.

Afro Afreecanna is more than a creative project it's a living, breathing sanctuary for the global African soul. Founded by artist Anna Adonu Reynolds, also known as annamissalpha, it’s a haven for artists, healers, and visionaries who believe in the power of art to transform communities.

​Rooted in Kokrobite, this space gathers the diasporic spirit in one vibrant home for creators, dreamers, and storytellers. Here, art is not just expression  it’s liberation. The people make the space and the place.

 

Our Mission

We offer lodge rooms and creative spaces for all guests. When you book a stay, you enjoy full access to our swimming pool & Other Closed Areas to the public. Beyond hospitality, we nurture creativity, community, and culture through intentional retreats, artist residencies, and global partnerships with other event and space for hire hubs with like minded vision, to working with record labels globally to host all inclusive songwriting camps by the pool side. although many spaces are complete and ready for hire. We Are currently still working on 7 more roof top rooms & music studio. In the music videos on this website, you can see how the entire space transforms as backdrop and studio for visual work for creatives as well.

Empowering Through Education & Skill-sharing

Our commitment to growth is not just creative it’s practical. We invest in educational support for our community, including scholarships and sponsorships that help local youth and collaborators further their studies. On our grounds, we host skill-building workshops that range from hairstyling brand & public figure styling for braiding, and makeup artistry to cooking, sustainable living, and small business development. Whether it’s a team member looking to become a chef or a local teen dreaming of a fashion career, we believe in creating real opportunities and walking the journey with them.
